This class is for intermediate or advanced hoopers. This class will be an extension of the beginner class, we will build off the concepts taught in the first class. We will go over many hybrids, in a few timings and directions, and how to turn with the hybrids. We will go over how to add body tracing to your flowers and flow. We will also learn more advanced two hoop one hand moves and concepts, like the iso flower, two hoop one hand hybrids, and zans diamond. The prerequisites for this class are the concepts learned in the first class: antispin in wall plane, two hoop one hand grips and switches, basic VTG understanding.
