This class will focus on no beats with two hoops. We will go over what no beats are and how they can be used. We will talk about all the different ways no beats can be performed, showing all the no beat tosses/rolls. We will then connect the different types of rolls and tosses to form create sequences. We will do this in both wheel and wall plane. We will also go over weaves, including the 3 beat weave, and the 5 beat weave. Hoopers with or without experience with no beats are encouraged to come! You will learn something new! (The video has a different name, but the demo is the same)
