This will be a combination of silks and lyra, ALL levels welcome. We will go over exercises to get you more confident spending time in the air, find ways to play off of your OWN strengths and then try to build a solid combo you feel confident adding to your aerial program. Whether you are new or advanced, I want to give you alllll something special to take home! So please understand some of what you learn may differ from the person next to you due to skill levels!
